Not that the sales person is promoting the nice new high end one with all the fancy features which is out of price range, instead of finding the best solution in the budget you had in mind, without internet browser and 3D perhaps but with very good picture quality, sound and attractive design. Yes the argument counts that you see all the different models in one shot and here a good agent is also giving first an overview of the different objects and features in different location to allow you to figure out what you really need. After that overview the first inspection tour should also have some left and right views pricewise. But latest after that the selection should be target oriented also by price to avoid wasting time. Here the unprofessional guys show what they have, more quantity instead of quality. The good guy shows what is fitting and the better the given details the better the result of the shown houses.
Therefor the budget is one of the most important information, good prepared movers have done also their homework and have figured out some price range to achieve the required living standard and have discussed it with the companies. This information you can get through friends, online research or helpful relocation consultants but stay open for additional advice and own experiences.
