Bike fun with the Royal Enfield - 3D

A quite legendary fame under bikers has the Royal Enfield. Under Westerners the nostalgic design and the sound of that bike creates a certain puppy love and combined with the chance to explore the country outside of the city and the free ride feeling some people enjoy in their spare time common bike rides in and around Bangalore or if times allows
making tours all over the country. And the good thing is the bike is so simple and since 1965 sold in India that you find everywhere help if needed.

And although the design seems to be equal over such a long time the enthusiast works and screws on its bike to get the special look. If you go to some workshop and know some details of your bike you are fast involved in a discussion, but be aware that you are still considered the outsider at the end.

The bikes are with 350 or even 500cc the big once on the Indian streets and the image of the riders goes in direction Hard Boys. The price for an new one is around 150'000INR, used once you can get perhaps for 65'000INR and thus some of the expets have a bike in the garage.

And because it is fun to enjoy that hobby with friends, is it to plan the next tour, to exchange ever growing old stories or to have some mechanical work together there is also a expat biker club in Bangalore.
